Fulfillment Policy

All arrangements featured on this website are to give customers an idea of style and sometimes may not be recreated exactly as such, however we will do our best. Please note that you do have the option of designer’s choice.

The life of your arrangement depends on your care for the blooms. We strive to always use the freshest of blooms. However, fresh cut flowers are highly perishable, and as for any perishable item, this calls for particular caution and care. It’s vital that our blooms are handled properly, so that they remain fresh for the longest time possible.

When placing an order, please ensure you’re providing our design team with all information necessary to meet your needs. Ultimately, our goal is for our clients to have complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service or design, please contact us. We will either create a new arrangement or give you store credit, provided you have taken good care to keep your arrangement filled with fresh, clean water and out of direct heat and light. This has to be done within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement.

While we source fresh product daily, sometimes flowers have a shorter shelf life than others. We promise to do our best to only use the freshest flowers in our arrangements and to provide beautifully crafted designs. Your flowers should last 6-14 days depending on how much love you give them.

Our policy is that there are no refunds.
